Everyone wants to save a little money on their moving day. Here are a couple suggestions:
- Create a backup of your computer files -- Your computer files can become corrupted or damaged during moving. Make backup copies of important files to avoid a costly loss.
- Paddle lock your move-to location -- Thieves prey on the disoriented nature of a moving day. Always make sure you doors are locked when moving into a location.
- Moving Food -- For short moves, perishable foods can be stored in an ice chest or cardboard box for a brief amount of time. Make sure to get the food items into the fridge right away.
