Sale price What is the sale price and the lowest possible price a new homebuilder would take for this home. Inquire of any special offers or discounts.Square footage What is the square footage of this new home? Does the square footage include garages, decks, patios and similar?
Other expenses What are the real estate expenses, homeowners fees, and utilities for this home?
Style of home Is this new home plan a ranch home, cottage, bungalow or other type of home?
Bedrooms and bathrooms How many bedrooms and bathrooms does this home have?
The neighborhood Do you like the neighborhood and is this a safe place to live?
The location Is is home close to your schools, places of work and nearby highways.
Utilites What are this home's utilities? This includes water, septic, garbage removal and method of heating.
Landscaping Is the yard in landscaping suitable to your liking and easy to maintain? Are there any water drainage issues? Is there a sprinkler system?
Painting Do all the walls come painted and are these finished walls in your preferred color?
